Annual dividend
The Board of Directors, noting the continued strong performance and healthy cash position, has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2026 a dividend of €1.40 per share for 2025, an increase of 7.7%, of which €0.60 was paid as an interim dividend last November.
The net profit payout ratio is expected to be around 47%.
Subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting, the balance of the dividend payable will amount to €0.80 per share.
